와흘밥상 — Restaurant in Jeju

The food was delicious and has a lasting taste in your mouth. The menu does not contains pictures and can be quite challenging to order for non Korean speaker. We were lucky that there was a Chinese staff. While we don't understand Mandarin well, we at least understand the Chinese staff enough to order the food. We were even taught how to eat the food. The owner is very kind, she gave us complimentary fruit and she even approach us to ask about the food and even tried to talk to us even though she does not know English and we don't know Korean. Unsanitary and dishonest. They served one of their side dishes (dwenjangguk) cold (!) and when we asked why that was, they said it was “intentional”. They said they would reheat it and they ended up putting the partially eaten dish back into the soup pot and serving it magically hot again. Cannot believe that they put the partially eaten soup back into the pot that they serve everyone. Makes you question what else they’re doing that is unsanitary. 제주도 2박3일 여행에서의 마지막 식사였어요.점심 밥상과 해물 뚝배기를 먹었는데 밑반찬과 메인찌개 모두 담백하고 맛있습니다. 점심 밥상은 백반이라 보심되고 해물 뚝배기는 해물이 들어간 진한 맛의 된장찌개에요. 이곳의 시그니처인 전복 해물 뚝배기를 시킨다는게 전복을 빼고 말했더니 그냥 해물뚝배기가 나왔네요ㅋㅋㅋ점심 밥상은 점심시간아니어도 아무때나 먹을수 있더라구요. 물가 비싼 제주도에서 이가격에 이런 퀄리티의 한식 찾기 힘들 듯 3인 24000원의 착한가격으로...
