Food: 4/5 I got the Coffee Cookie Frappe and Apple Mango Bingsu for 8200Won and 14500Won respectively. The Bingsu had a mixture of sweet and sour flavour, and the mild hint of the leafy flavour from the top added to its flavour. The drink was also pretty good, it tasted pretty sweet and milky. If you've tried any of the Sulbing chains, then you will definitely be disappointed by the Bingsu here, the ice is a tad bit too big and the overall flavouring is mediocre at best.

Service: 5/5 The staff knows both Korean and English, and was very kind and listented to everything we pointed and said. Despite the language barrier, they took their time on the ordering and told us on each step of what they are going to do. They also used a translator app to hold conversations with us if certain words are more complicated.
