Cookhoon was one of the hits that came up when I googled for food places to try in Jeju.
It’s an intimate cozy space off the beaten track and they create a menu with ingredients that are in season at the time of your visit.
Cute space and decor and because it doesn’t seat a lot of people, at any one time it would fill a maximum of 10 pax. So you can really feel at ease here and relaxed.
Since there wasn’t much people at the time of our visit, the chef took a bit more time telling us more about the food he is serving.
I enjoy this kind of interaction and watching the chef cook up close is also an experience that is helpful in knowing more of what goes into the food I eat.

100% 예약으로만 방문이 가능하며 음식과 와인의 조화가 아주 훌륭했던 레스토랑.
예전에는 단품 주문이 가능했었는데 최근에는 코스식으로 변경된듯.
