You'll probably have to wait a while any day you visit; we waited 30 min wondering if it was worth our time and money and oh boy.

Pork shoulder and belly are presented as large lumps and cut for you on your table. Each piece is cooked excellently. The side dishes taste like they were prepared in house, and they all serve one purpose: to make the pork taste better. The oomph at this place is the mel-jang, which is fermented anchovies. Smell might be rather strong but sooner or later you'll be dunking the pork pieces all night long.

The only other menu is the Kimchi Jjigae, which is great too if you can handle a little spice.

We went there in search of the famous black pig meat and we were not disappointed. A big plus are also the additions in the form of appetizers and sauces, which go perfectly with the main course. The staff prepares the meat, so you don't have to worry if this is your first adventure with Korean bbq.
