=== FOOD === Had the black pork buckwheat pancake — very crispy around the edges and it was seasoned nicely. The onions and sauce were a nice accompaniment (warning: sauce comes a slight kick). Highly recommend to get and to eat when hot! Also had the tangerine noodles and the fusiform cold noodles. The noodles had a good texture, and the dishes were extremely flavourful. Broth was not too fishy but all the elements of the dish complemented each other well.
SERVICE === Uncle greeted us with a smile upon us entering the restaurant. Uncle noticed we did not understand Korean, and offered us an English menu instead. He also kindly made quick changes to our order upon request.

All their noodles are handmade, brewed with Jeju lava sea water.
We saw the buckwheat noodles getting made on the screen after our order, which was definitely interesting.
The noodles come with an organic dried Jeju tangerine, which was perfectly sweet and refreshing to cut through the rich nutty flavour of the perilla oil. The noodles had a clean taste to it without heaviness, and was very refreshing.
The meat pancake is a thin piece of Jeju black pork lightly coated with eggs. Still good, but noodles are definitely the star here.

Today's lunch at Jeju Olle Noodle was a highlight! Our group of four thoroughly enjoyed our meal, trying the Long-lived Noodles (dry version) and the Abalone Short Rib Soup. The noodles were delectable, with generous portions of meat. Prices were reasonable, and the serving sizes were impressively large. The owner was warm and welcoming.
