Jaksan — Restaurant in Jeju

The entire meal was easily the best in our 5 days in Jeju! Service was impressively quick and attentive despite a 20-minute wait on arrival (we didn’t make reservations). The infamous Jeju black pork lived up to its reputation — incredibly tender, juicy, and full of flavor. The kimchi jjigae was outstanding, rich and hearty with perfect seasoning. The gentleman at the cashier (possibly the owner) was very helpful, and the service staff were equally warm and efficient. Great spot for Jeju black pork BBQ! The ocean view is beautiful, and the staff grills everything for you so it’s super convenient. The meat is juicy and full of flavor. If you go for the lunch set, it comes with kimchi stew – a bit spicy but really delicious. Definitely a place I’d want to come back to when I visit...
