지난주 아침일찍 모닝커피 마시러 갔는데 주문한 커피가 한참 지나도 호출이 없어서 확인 하였더니 이미 나와서 커피가 다식어가고 있었다.듣지를 못했으니 따뜻한 커피로 교환해 달라고 요청했으나 거절 당했다! 스타벅스는 다른 매장과 달리 직접 직원이 호출 하는것이 특징인데 이른 시각에 손님도 없었는데 따뜻한 coffee를 식히고 있으면서 직원 본인은 호출 했으니 책임이 없다는 식으로 손님을 대하는 자세가 옳은것인가?? 스타벅스의 상품은 항상 만족하고 좋아하지만 직원 개개인의 판단에 따라서 바람직 하지못한 운영이 된다면 좋은일인가?? 참고로 음악은 크게 틀어놓고 손님이 듣지 못할 정도이면 문제가...
