깔끔하게 먹기 좋은 맛있는 짬뽕

김천 용두동에 위치하고 있으며 김천역에서 차로 10-15분 거리에 있는 집입니다. 골목안에 있으며 상당히 조용하게 있습니다.

고기튀김과 해장짬뽕을 시켜서 먹어봤네요. 일단 기타메뉴가 있긴한데 짜장종류 몇가지가 있습니다. 하지만 이것도 먹어볼 수도 없어요. 안파는 날이 더많고 일요일 아침에만 먹어 볼 수 있는 것 같았습니다.

우선 고기튀김은 일반적인 탕수육의 느낌입니다. 하지만 약간 유린기라고 해야할까요? 그쪽이 좀 더 가까운 느낌입니다. 바삭바삭하긴 한데 좀 더 촉촉하다고 표현하는 게 맞는 것 같구요. 맛은 좋습니다.

그리고 해장짬뽕은 깔끔하게 매운 맛입니다. 매운거 아예못드시는분은 드시기 힘드실 겁니다. 그리고 국물이 일반짬뽕에 비해선 걸쭉합니다. 이게 또 매력 포인트인 것 같네요.

웨이팅 살벌합니다. 저도 1시간 기다렸네요. 기계이런게 없어서 장부에 적어놓고 기다려야합니다. 혹시 순번 놓치면 얄짤 읎습니다. 그리고 꼭 시간 잘 보고 가세요....
