면을 좋아라하는데, 오늘은 냉면이 너~무 먹고싶어 일부러 찾아간 맛집이에요^^ 김천에서 오래된 가게이고 3대째 내려오는 백년가게에요. 물냉비냉 고민하다가 온육수 나오는 비냉으로다가..ㅎ 근데...오늘의 맛은 실망이요. 고명으로 올려주신 고기에서 냄새가 너무 났어요. 썰어진 모양도 수육먹다가 남은것처럼...쪼가리쪼가리 전체적으로 만이천원 낼만큼의 맛은 아니였어요. 실망감이 든 식사로..너무 아쉬웠어요

70년이 넘는 역사를 가진 냉면 전문점이에요. 평양식 냉면인데 이곳 사람들의 입맛에 맞게 맛을 바꿨다 해요. 사실 개인적으로 평양냉면을 그리 선호하지 않는데 여기서는 생각보다 맛있게 먹었네요. 면도 직접 뽑아서 그런지 색다른 식감이 좋았어요. 날씨 더워지면 또 맛이 생각날 집이었습니다.

70년이 넘는 역사를 가진 냉면 전문점이에요. 평양식 냉면인데 이곳 사람들의 입맛에 맞게 맛을 바꿨다 해요. 사실 개인적으로 평양냉면을 그리 선호하지 않는데 여기서는 생각보다 맛있게 먹었네요. 면도 직접 뽑아서 그런지 색다른 식감이 좋았어요. 날씨 더워지면 또 맛이 생각날 집이었습니다.

냉면을 좋아하는 사람으로 대한민국 냉면집을 깨러 다니는 냉면무사 입니다. 김천의 냉면은 2강체제로 운영되고 있는데요 감호동의 용두식당과 부곡동의 강성면옥 입니다. 이번에는 용두식당을 방문하였는데요.

우리는 물냉면 두그릇과 수육을 주문했습니다. 역사가 있는곳이에요 :) 51년도에 북에서 내려온 피난민이 시작한 냉면가게입니다.

사실 젋은분들이 드시기에는 조금 슴슴한 맛이에요. :)
