My experience at this raw fish restaurant in Korea was exceptional. The sashimi I tried was incredibly fresh and delicious, impressing me with its quality and authentic flavor. Additionally, I had the opportunity to taste sea cucumber, a true marine delicacy, as well as octopus tentacle, which was still moving, adding a unique and thrilling experience to my meal. Had the snow crab special with a large whole fish based hwoe (raw filet of fish) and other course meal, including the shop's signature dish, the "soup" hwoe. Apparently, this "soupy hwoe" won a lot of awards. I wasn't too impressed as it was somewhat bland with no "memory inducing" deep, lingering taste. Perhaps, I was expecting too much, having seen the marketing with those awards. I was a bit disappointed about that. Anyway, the rest of the course meal was good.
