There are two ramen spots within walking close walking distance to Osan AB. This place def gives you that modern Japanese ramen shop feel with the limited bar type seating, vending type ordering machine, and the Nujabes type music to top it off.
Iโve tried all of the ramen and all are amazing and the spice has a kick but not too spicy. Itโs a little saltier than the other ramen joint, but still very enjoyable. If I order ramen I always order it with their side dish of rice and pork drizzled in that white sauceโwhich tastes surprisingly light.

Just remember this place is closed every Monday and they do not...

ย ย ย Read moreKwanghoon definitely offers most authentic Japanese ramen in the SED, but Iโve not had better in Korea over the last two years. A few other places have nostalgic USAF names, and offer good ramen, but Kwanghoon has the most consistent service and quality. Their soft boiled eggs set them apart. They also offer complimentary kimchi (fantastic) and tea. Their simple menu shows they arenโt trying to do too much, but rather a small amount of things extremely well. They also accommodated my mushroom allergy.
Great food, service, and atmosphere....
