I asked the waitress not to put pickles on a burger I ordered for my wife. When looked at me like I was stupid and said it didn't come with pickles when clearly it's written on the menu. Then when I took it back, they just took the pickles off and brought back the same sandwhich. My wife didnt want to make a deal out of it so she ate her burger without the bottom portion because it tasted like PICKLES. When I spend more almost $33 for two hamburgers with fries and two can sodas, I expect the people running the place to know if you put something like pickles on a sandwhich then you can't just take them off because the sandwich will still have the flavor. Lies and mistreatment. Called a day in advance about the UFC fight. They said nothing about airing NFL. We get there at 10am, waited for 30 minutes to order food and waited over 3 hours to watch the fight. There were some good fights in the prelims. On top of that, the Korean waitress has the guts to tell us to leave immediately when one of us tries to get a beer. So a customer cannot complain for the mistakes that the employees made. Doesn't even try to do anything to make things better. Very discourteous. She just woke up and came right to work in her pjs. If i could give 0 stars i would. I asked for a manhattan cocktail and was charged for three shots of whiskey per drink. A manhattan has 1.5 oz of whiskey, not 4.5 oz. I ended up buying two which resulted in an extra 4 shots I had to pay for that I felt uncomfortable paying for. It was a complete upsell. My friend and I walked in right at the beginning of happy hour as well and started buying drinks without even knowing happy hour was going on the whole time we were there. All this place cares about is stealing your money. Go somewhere else for good customer service.
