Sujis — Restaurant in Pyeongtaek-si

I went there for the first time tonight and I can honestly say I am not impressed. I ordered pork bulgogi with fried rice and pork kimchi soup. The only person there was I believe the lady that owns it. She was the only one cooking, serving, and hosting. Unfortunately, the fried rice was the only thing I saw her cook and the hot stone kimchi soup. The pork bulgogi was definitely made in advance and just microwaved. We had some pork pieces that were still cold. Also, the cut of meat were very tough in both dishes. The kimchi that she used for the soup must have gone bad because the soup tasted off.

Authentic Korean restaurants serve many side dishes with the entree. We were served a cucumber kimchi side dish that was covered in sugar and chili flakes, a bean sprout side, and a pan fried pancake (which also was microwaved) . I asked for a side kimchi as I love eating it and of course, and she told me the kimchi given was in the soup. I told her I wanted a side of it, she brings the super fermented kimchi that is edible only if cooked in a soup for us to eat as a side dish. I took one bite of the kimchi and spit it out. We didn't eat the kimchi soup, and I only ate the fried rice and a little of the pork bulgogi until I found out cold spots in the pork bulgogi.

My husband ate his food and then went to the bathroom to puke it out because his tummy felt unsettled. I only fished the fried rice and a little bit of the pork bulgogi. I tasted the Kimchi soup but didn't even eat it. Our tummies felt horrible after leaving the restaurant.

Maybe because my husband and I are Asians, the customer service was horrible. I will never eat...
