Food themed after Australian cuisine and claiming to be the best burger in town. Went on a rainy day so there were no other customers. Might explain why the service robot was not in use to bring orders to the table. The burgers were very standard burgers like one would get at a quick roadside diner in the West. Fish and chips used fresh fish but was breaded and battered like a fish finger or cutlet, definitely not a true fish and chips. For the claim of best and the price of items it would be hard to recommend...

피시 앤 칩스와 호주(오스트레일리아)식 버거를 파는 곳입니다.

시그니처 메뉴인 올드캡 버거는 피시 버거입니다. 보통 기대하는 소고기 민스 패티가 들어간 버거를 원한다면 비프버거를 선택하시면 됩니다. 충분히 맛있는 피시 버거인데 통상 아는 비프버거 기대하다가는 놀랄 수도 있습니다.

피쉬 앤 칩스가 맛있기가 쉽지 않은데 피쉬가 매우 맛있는 상태로 잘 튀겨져서 나옵니다. 감자칩은 평이한 수준입니다. 생선튀김은 신선한 생선살을 사용하는 것 같고, 배터 배합에도 신경을 쓴 것으로 보입니다.(이게 의외로 쉬운 일이 아닙니다. 잘하려고 하다 보면 단순히 맥주를 섞어 반죽을 만든다 수준으로 끝나는 게 아닙니다.) 비니거와 타르타르 소스를 별도로 돈을 받는 것은 좀 이상해 보입니다. 최소한 비니거와 소금은 테이블에 그냥 비치해야 하는 것 아닌가 싶네요.

테이블마다 있는 노트패드로 주문 및 결제를 하면 서빙 로보트가 음식을 테이블로 배달해주는 시스템입니다.

호주 냄새 나게 가게를 아기자기하게 잘 꾸며 놓았습니다.

요즘 물가 감안하고 관광지 감안하면 가격은 납득 가능합니다. 피쉬 앤 칩스가 생각날 때 찾아갈만한 집입니다.

단점을 한가지 말하자면 화장실입니다. 청결하고 좋긴 한데 남녀공용으로 딱 한 칸만 있어서 조금만 사람이 밀려도 화장실 앞에 줄 서야 하는 일이 생깁니다. 화장실만 더 확장하면 더 좋은 피시앤칩스 가게가...
