A must-try seafood experience in Jeju! This is a very popular seafood restaurant in Jeju, best known for their cutlassfish hotpot. It’s served on a long, rectangular hotplate that’s both picturesque and packed with flavour — a delicious combination of seafood, veggies, and rich soup that truly captures the taste of Jeju’s local cuisine.
The meal also comes with a generous array of side dishes, but a word of advice: try not to fill up on them before the hotpot arrives (like I did!) — it’s easy to get full too soon.

The abalone was live at the dinner table before it was cooked. A bit smaller than other places, but I will happily admit it was very tasty. The belt fish (kalji) was excellent. The rice was at once chewy and tender at once. The rest of the meal was good but not as good as I had been lead to believe by YouTube foodies.
I was disappointed by banchan offerings however; the Kimchi was nothing special and the spinach salad was sadness on a beautiful plate.

The rest of the food also shone, but the hairtail is what stays in my memory months after. I quite liked the way they served the food in the long, narrow pot but the liquid boiled off too quickly.
