Absolutely incredible place. I know nothing about sourdough but it was recommended because supposedly it’s healthier than other types of bread. I decided to make the switch and found this place by Googling and visited them on Saturday around 1pm. The owner was so kind and let me sample three types of bread. I used Papago to communicate since I don’t speak Korean and he was very kind and patient. By that time the Gouda sourdough was sold out and all that was left was the sample piece he was cutting from — I told him I liked it so much that he gave me a few slices of the sample piece for free.
