Wow! I don’t even love barbecue all that much but this place is off the charts. Delicate, layered flavours. Thoughtfully paired dipping sauces and side dishes. They had a queue even on a random weeknight and I can see why.

The food is amazing and I find myself coming back year after year from LA every year I visit. Service is on another level too.
