It was my second visit to the Dookki HUFS branch. I had a great experience the first time, so I returned with high expectations. Unfortunately, this visit was disappointing.

During our visit, only two staff members were present, and one male employee seemed to be struggling with managing the store and maintaining a professional service attitude. His actions — such as handling items roughly, slamming the refrigerator door, and making loud noises — created a very unpleasant atmosphere throughout our meal.

What concerned me the most was hygiene. I witnessed the male employee exit the men's restroom and immediately return the wet tissues which was placed near the tteokbokki sauce area. Given the proximity to food and the unclear handling process, I felt very uncomfortable about the sanitary conditions.

Additionally, I saw him refilling ingredients like fish cakes with bare hands, which further raised concerns about food hygiene, especially considering what I observed earlier.

Overall, this experience left me disappointed, especially compared to my first visit. I hope the branch improves its hygiene practices and...

It’s my second time being here. On the 1st visit the price per person was ₩10900. They had more ingredients, more mushrooms. However during the 2nd visit the price per person was ₩11900. You would think maybe they added more ingredients since it’s 1000₩ more expensive. But No! Unfortunately I couldn’t find any mushrooms, no eggs, very less veggies.
