You can choose the spicy level, we went with medium heat with adding cow intestine. Service is very quick and great. They have self serve sides where you can refill as you need but only take what you need to reduce food waste for the business. They give you tobiko as a wrap topping which was a nice touch, comes with perilla leaves, pickled radish, dried seaweed, mayo, ssamjang, garlic, kimchi and beansprouts you can refill. You can make different wraps with different toppings. Portions are good and it's definitely delicious. Got a portion of fried rice after, the staff will come fried the rice for you. They have few seats by the window where it is connected to a small patio, it's very open not too spacious but a great place for dinner with friends. It doesn't seem like it can seat...
