건대입구역에서 이자카야 맛집으로 소문난 요비 다녀왔어요.

일본 감성 가득한 분위기에 좌석이 분리되어있는 룸타입 좌석으로 편안하고 프라이빗하게 술한잔 즐기기 좋구요. 맛있는 안주와 다양한 주류를 즐길 수 있어 좋았답니다.

메뉴가 다양해서 개인별로 취향껏 골라 먹는 재미가 있어 너무 좋았어요.

살아있는 우럭을 손질해서 머리까지 통째로 튀져주는 통우럭튀김은 바삭함도 최고였고, 단짠단짠 소스와의 조합이 정말 맛있어요.

쫀득한 식감에 드라이아이스 넣어 연기가 올라오는 퍼포먼스가 기가막힌 사시미 요리는 눈이 즐거웠어요.

특제소스 발라 구운 숯불모듬꼬치는 숯향이 솔솔 나는게 제일먼저 손이 갔어요.

살치살 타다끼는 토치질로 불맛이 더해져 소스와 야채 같이 먹으니 쫀득한 식감이 좋았답니다.

짜지않은 명란과 상큼한 오이에 감태와 마요네즈의 완벽한 조화가 완벽한 명란구이는 꼭!! 드셔보셔야해요.

건대에서 일본감성 느끼면서 조용하고 안주까지맛있는 곳 찾으신다면 적극 추천 드려요^^

I went to Yobi, a famous izakaya restaurant at Konkuk University Station.

The room-type seating has separate seats in an atmosphere filled with Japanese sensibility, making it a great place to enjoy a drink in comfort and privacy. It was nice to be able to enjoy delicious snacks and a variety of alcoholic beverages.

I really enjoyed the variety of menus, so it was fun to choose and eat according to each person's taste.

The fried whole rockfish, including the head, is made by preparing a live rockfish and frying it. It was very crispy and the combination with the sweet and salty sauce was really delicious.

The sashimi dish, with its chewy texture and amazing smoke rising performance made with dry ice, was a delight to the eyes.

The first thing I grabbed was the charcoal-grilled assorted skewers with special sauce and a strong charcoal scent.

The salchi tataki was torched to add a fiery flavor, and eating it with the sauce and vegetables gave it a nice chewy texture.

Grilled pollack roe is a must-try with the perfect combination of salty pollack roe, refreshing cucumber, gamtae, and mayonnaise!! You have to try it.
