전주현대옥 — Restaurant in Seoul

When the weather is cold, many Koreans want to have a kind of warm soups which can make them comfortable. Yes, as a typical Koean, I decided to visit it.

The soup is bland but rich and more flavourful compared to the others. Maybe it adds its special ingredients. Warm soup with lots of bean sprouts always makes me happy. Although it looks like one ordinary restaurant, there is something special.

For your information, you have to use a tablet on each table to order and pay your foods. This restaurant is located at Suseo Hyundai Venture Vill basement food court. I don't know why difficult restaurant pictures are uploaded by Google. I upload the correct one to have a better understanding....

현대옥은 체인점인 만큼 맛은 보장되어 있습니다. 전국을 살펴봐도 거의 맛이 똑같습니다.(물론 전주 남부시장에 있는 현대옥은.. 더 맛있지만...) 1인 식사가 정말 많기 때문에 눈치 안봐도 됩니다. K패스트푸드 답게 식사나오는 시간 12분 먹는시간 78분하면 거의 10분만에 먹습니다. 수서 열차 타는 시각 고려해도 왠만 하면 드실수 있습니다. 맛을 보자면 시원합니다. 간마늘, 파, 콩나물이 듬뿍들어가서 해장과 속이 풀리는 느낌입니다. 밥은 말아서 나왔었습니다.(남부시장기준) 남부시장식은 덜 뜨겁고 끓이는 식은 좀 뜨거워서 먹는 시간이 좀 달라질듯 합니다. 모주는 좀 달아요... 현대옥이 의외로 체인점이 전국에 없으니 먹고...

콩나물 국밥 가격은 6500원이고 전주의 남부시장식과 서부시장식(?) 두 가지 종류의 국밥을 판매합니다. 콩나물 국밥의 맛은 괜찮지만... 항상 아쉬운 것은 김치의 맛입니다ㅜㅜ 그래도...
