Beer Garden — Restaurant in Seoul

We were there on 30th Mar 24 to catch the bridge light show but was disappointed, that the supposed night market shifted to Sunday, and i thought it was on friday and sat. Coupled to that light show was only be in summer months. So end up was shivering due to 11 or less degrees wind (not really dressed for it), however one saving grace we found Beer garden warm they even passed out blankets for customer. Although they don't speak fluent English, but wait staff was very friendly. We order the roasted chicken and was expected to pick it up, but we overlook that. The wait staff brought it to us instead , kudos. The view was wow, facing Banpo bridge unblocked view if light show was on. There is even 2 pairs of sand bean bags, umbrella and table where one can chill over beer. Roasted chicken came to us steamy hot, in cold windy weather, a huge relief for our hungry stomachs and it disappeared happily down our throats.. Yummy must try. Great place for dates to chit chat and or friends to chill over beer, highly recommended Oh forgot to mentioned it is quite a walk from Express Bus train station (10-15 mins walk), if you are older person with some leg pain like me, recommend to call cab (relatively cheap) to go there where they can drop off direct at Banpo park. Else for able bodied, nice stroll. The last stretch is downwards slope to river under expressway, so easier but to go...

• The food is decent, and the service is good, even though the staff have limited English communication skills.
