Cafe Seongsu — Restaurant in Seoul

Don't understand why Cafe Seongsu has been renamed holy water LOL. Very large and spacey, looks like they renovated a rich person’s house into an artsy basement where beginners can hang around their work and you get to drink coffee around them. Airy and well lit, quite quirky in its way, this is a good place to come and chill on the couches or get some studying done under the sun. I had the watermelon bingsoo (9,000won) which was large and quite delicious, even though it was a hassle to eat it without having the bits drop off and roll around every time. Huge cafe that was still overcrowded. Spent too much for a typical hot drink and small grilled cheese sammy. It had been highly recommended to me by someone who went on a weekday afternoon, but I visited on a Sunday evening, so maybe that's the difference. 성수동에 유명한 카페치고 가격이 심하게 높은 편은 아니라는 점이 마음에 들었습니다. 초코라떼 맛이 특히 너무 달지도 않고 쌉싸름한 것이 마음에 들었습니다. 당근케이크도 맛있고 가격도 합리적이었으나 크기가 대신 작아서 조금 그 부분은 조금 아쉬웠네요. 대신 맛은 훌륭합니다.
