Haidilao Hotpot Konkuk University — Restaurant in Seoul

This place was great. The ambiance is very cool and clean. All the staffs were kind. They made us feel comfortable and happy. Because it is chinese food, there were many Chinese in this place. This food is very attractive and addictive. I recommend tomato soup, shrimp meatballs and hand-made noodles. Staffs do a hand-made noodles show in front of our table. This experience was very fresh and good. If you visit here, you have to order these foods. And there’s a sauce bar, so you can make your own sauce and eat it. One thing that’s unfortunate is that it’s expensive, so it’s a burden to go there often. However, I’m always satisfied when I go. It’s a place that keeps coming to mind. I would like to visit here...

Great hot pot place, big waiting line but I guess it was worth it! The broths were nice, the meat and seafood very fresh. All high quality ingredients. The place is big and crowded but once you sit down in your own booth you don’t feel it all. Loved...

"역시 하이디라오가 제일 맛있고 만족스럽네"

예약도 쉽지 않고 워크인 웨이팅도 기본 1시간이라 최근에 훠궈 먹으러 하이디라오를 찾진 않았는데 최근에 건대점과 영등포점을 방문하고 나니 역시 훠궈는 하이디라오가 본격적이라는 느낌이 든다. 특히 소스바의 재료들이 그런데 일반적인 훠궈집의 재료들과 더불어 셀러리 같은 향채 같이 특이한 재료도 보인다. 게다가 요즘 각박해져서 그런지 간단한 반찬과 디저트가 없는 곳을이 많은데 하이디라오는 이런 걱정 없이 모든게 넉넉하다.

서비스는 당연히 친절하고 탕에 거품들도 지속적으로 걷어내 주는 서비스도 고맙다.

당연히 하이디라오의 하이라이트는 춤추는 누들이다. 지점마다 솜씨는 다르지만 다른 테이블의 이목도 받을 수 있고 맛도 기가막히니 주문하지 않을 이유는 없다. 게다가 국수의 식감이 끝단은 하늘하늘, 가운데는 쫀득해서 마치 잘 뽑은 도삭면 식감도 난다.
