Impiatto — Restaurant in Seoul

My friend, who I haven‘t seen in a long time, suggested me to meet here at Impiato Italian Restaurant, so we visited. She is very knowledgeable about gourmet food, l’d say she is a gourmet, and she made the reservation, so I honestly had high expectations. As expected! 서울 마곡에 위치한 이탤리언. 주로 생면 파스타 위주이고 양도 약간 적은 느낌으로 식사 보다는 와인과 한잔 하기 적당한 느낌.

입장하면 바 테이블이 길게 있고 오픈키친으로 구성. 테이블도 몇개있음. 주방의 크기가 보통의 바+오픈키친 구성보다 큼. 부라따 샐러드와 라구 파스타를 주문함. 부라따와 루꼴라 싱싱하고 올리브 오일도 퀄리티 좋음. 굵은 소금을 살짝 뿌려 내었는데, 올리브오일 부라따 루꼴라가 같이 들어오다가 소금이 팍 터지는 그 조합이 매우 좋음. 쉐프님이 감이 좋으신듯. 식전빵도 따땃하게 뎁혀 주셔서 맛있음

메인은 파스타4종, 리소또1종, 스테이크로 단촐함. 제노베제 빼고는 모두 생면을 사용하심. 생면임에도 면의 삶기 적당하고 직접 만드신 라구소스도 고기와 토마토 소스의 조합이 좋음. 디저트를 따로 주시는데 직접 만드신 복숭아 셔벗.

전체적으로 음식이 맛깔나고, 나중에 와인 마시러 꼭 와야겠음....
