Jogaedo — Restaurant in Seoul

We arrived before 5pm with a full restaurant but no wait required. This restaurant is more of an interesting experience than a nice eatery. All fresh shellfish are prepared on the grill after you place the order.

The shellfish set comes with a small pot of spicy octopus soup. It would be good enough to have another shell fish ramen for two people.

Staff will assist with first round grilling. Though their English is limited but they are still able to illustrate the technique in simple words - well done! I find it a bit struggling to handle my own grill with the thongs but it’s fun.

The food is not particularly delicious and the environment is bot very clean and tidy. So if you are not a shellfish/seafood lover, I wouldn’t...

"Super Fresh, Tasty, Super Hot"

We visited on August, its really hot inside because of there are 8 oven in the restaurant(every table).

Boss and staff are friend and nice. The seafood is very fresh even moving on the net.

The staff will teach you how to cook in the best way. There are no doubt on the food quality. Its really fresh and decious.

Please note that the portion size is quite generous. If you order dishes for 2, It could easily feed 2 people, possibly even 3. The small clam soup is surprisingly large, you'll definitely get your money's worth! 😂😂

Fresh seafood. Staff helps to cook the first round, and usually you have to handle the second round onward which can be slightly challenging due to the heat. They have a Spicy ramen which is highly recommended by the staff but I will opt out next time, I rather spend more to have those fresh seafood. Queue time is long, and many people are willing to wait up to 2hrs to have the food. My suggestion is come earlier, take the queue number and then tour around this area.(just be sure to come when it is ~3 people...
