I’m writing this review as a warning to others regarding my experience at Musinsa. I would not recommend coming here if you are expecting help from the staff. I found a pair of pants I wanted to purchase and asked a staff member if there was a new pair in stock. The staff member took the pants from me and said she would check for me. Unbeknownst to me, she had put the pants back on the rack. She returned and said that there were three pairs in stock and to wait while another staff member brings it to me. After 10 minutes, she comes back and says that they were actually sold out of the pants, so I asked if I could have the pair she had taken from me so I could purchase it instead, but she told me that it was gone now since she had put it back on the rack. I was having some difficulty with the language barrier so she took out a translator to tell me that since it was an item on sale, it was going to sell out. She then tells me to wait some more and she’ll look for another pair. She returns after another 10 minutes and says again that they were all sold out. I used Google Translate to say I thought she was helping me look for a new pair and didn’t expect her to put the pair I was initially holding back, and she responded that she can’t be expected to hold the pants for me since it was an item on sale. Then why take the pants from me and put it back if you knew I wanted to purchase it? We see another customer holding the pants I wanted, so I asked her to ask them if they were going to buy it, and they responded yes. She said there was nothing she can do about it, and I can just keep looking around. I told her I’ve already spent almost an hour looking through the entire store, so I was upset there was nothing that can be done since she was the one that put the pants back. She grabbed another staff member and explained the situation to him, but he also said there was nothing that can be done. I’m no longer upset that I wasn’t able to get the pants, but it is still upsetting that they didn’t acknowledge that they messed up by putting...
Read morevery good store ,everything is perfect!!!!!Finally, a brand that understands Korean proportions! As someone with narrow shoulders (typical Korean frame), Musinsa’s shoulder seams ALWAYS hit perfectly. Their "One Size" items (like this ribbed knit vest) actually fit petites (I’m 158cm/45kg). The wool blend is itch-free and retains shape after washing—no stretching at the neckline. Even the stitching follows Korean sewing traditions (reinforced seams at stress points). Pro tip: Check the "Height/Weight" filter in reviews to find your body twin. Minor flaw: The vest’s armholes are snug if you layer thick shirts. Still, Musinsa gets Korean bodies like no...
Read moreMusinsa’s relaxed-fit blazer and tapered trousers have become my go-to work uniform. The fabric is heavyweight yet breathable (no lining needed even in Seoul’s humid summers), and the neutral color matches everything. I especially love the functional details—hidden inner pockets in the blazer, and adjustable waist tabs on the pants. Sizing was accurate to Korean standards (I’m 170cm/65kg, size M). The only nitpick? The blazer’s buttons feel slightly cheap compared to the luxurious fabric. Customer service responded in under 30 minutes when I asked about dry cleaning recommendations. For the price, these are...
