Wonderful flame grilled hand-crafted burgers. It is clear the owners care about their product. Beef burgers were delicious and owners totally fine with making alterations to items to satisfy our tastes. Prawn burger was amazing! Lovely owners and casual atmosphere. Will...

교대 정문앞(교대역과 남부터미널역 사이)에 있는 수제버거 전문점입니다. 점심시간에는 직장인으로 붐비는 곳이죠. 이 근처에 버거집이 많지도 않고 음식도 괜찮기 때문일것 같습니다. 시그니처메뉴는 사진에서 볼 수 있는 새우버거입니다. 롯데리아와 달리 게살이 아닌 진짜 통새우를 넣은 버거입니다. 소스도 맛있고 새우알 터지는게 상당히 퀄리티가 좋습니다. 다만, 아쉬운 점이 있다면 패티가 빵에 비해 작아서 양이 아쉽기도 하고, 사이즈문제로 빵 안에서 패티가 고정이 안되서 나중에 패티만 따로먹는일이 생길 수 있습니다. 특히나 양상추가 미끌거려서 더욱 고정이 안되는것 같아요. 서비스는 좋습니다. 테이블에 서빙도 해주고 친절하십니다. 사장님이 직접 일하시는 소규모 점포의 티가 납니다. 문제는 수제버거고 패티굽는 시간때문에 주문이 밀립니다. 햄버거 하나 먹으러왔는데 음식나오는 시간이 15분 걸리면 솔직히 빠른건 아니죠. 매장 사이즈는 크진 않습니다. 4인테이블 기준으로 3-4개과 3인 바테이블 하나정도입니다. 찾아올정도의 집은 아니고 주변 생활권에 계신 분들은 피크시간 살짝 피해서 오시면 좋지 않을까 싶습니다.
