Highly Recommend!
I had a great two-week stay at Uh Flat Seocho. Despite a few room changes due wrong room and faulty air conditioner, the staff was quick to respond and very helpful. My unit (B apartment in Building A) was quiet, spacious, and well-equipped. Daily light cleaning and full cleaning every third day were a nice touch, and the team coordinated cleaning times via message.
The bed was very comfortable, and the blackout curtains made for restful sleep. I cooked a few meals on the stovetop, and while there was no dryer, the washing machine and drying rack worked well. The steam closet was a great bonus—quickly drying and sanitizing clothes. The massage chair was a welcome treat after long days, and the apartment’s high-tech features added to the overall comfort.
Suggestions for Improvement: A dish rack, larger dish towel, and proper plates would be helpful, as only small bowls were provided. A coffee machine with pods would be a great addition, especially since nearby cafés open late for early risers. Appliance instructions in multiple languages would also improve the experience.
The location is super convenient, with buses and train stations nearby. The staff is amazing—especially Mark, who helped with taxis and directions. The front desk is open from 9 AM to 3 AM, and many staff speak multiple languages and respond quickly to messages.
I highly recommend Uh Flat Seocho and will definitely stay again when I...
Read moreUH Flat was such an amazing find! We’ve never stayed in a “serviced apartment” before this and it was great — blending the best of a hotel and an airbnb. The service was wonderful, and the concierge was available via WhatsApp for easy communication. She was very responsive and did an amazing job helping us with various things while we were in Seoul, and her English was great so there weren’t any language barriers.
The apartment itself was gorgeous and had great amenities — with floor to ceiling windows, a big TV for watching Netflix, comfortable couch, kitchenette, and the bedroom had a dry cleaning closet, which was so unexpected and useful! There was even a massage chair in the living room, which was a nice treat.
The WiFi was strong — we were able to work remotely, take zoom calls, etc with no problems.
Overall, it felt very modern and comfortable, and I would definitely stay here again. We were there for a week but it would be a great place to call “home” for a longer trip.
As for the location, it’s located in a newer business area south of the Han river. We spent most of our time on the north side of the river because it felt like there was more stuff going on there, but this area was nice too. It’s also pretty affordable to get around Seoul via Uber so going back and forth wasn’t too much...
Read moreThe location might be somewhat inconvenient for short-term travelers, but it is considered better than a hotel for long-term stays. As a residence, it not only offers the advantage of being able to cook meals, but also features high-quality electronic devices and furniture from reputable brands. Additionally, it provides convenience with items that enhance the quality of life, such as an air purifier, a clothing care system (like a Styler), and a massage chair. The overall design is elegantly done in white marble, giving it a luxurious feel, and the staff were friendly, ensuring a comfortable stay.I would definitely choose to stay here again for a long-term visit.
