The food was really good! But sadly the service was very poor, even rude at points. We wanted bbq for our last meal in Korea and our hotel clerk recommended this place. We had some trouble finding it because it is at the back on this building, but we made it. We were instructed to go to the third floor to our private bbq room, which was really nice and novel. Now, the service was very dry. Our server didn’t say a word to us, just started bringing appetizers and small plates. Even if she didn’t speak any English, say something! Or smile! This definitely didn’t make us feel welcome or comfortable. The tenderloin and ribeye that we got were delicious though! Best meat we have had in Korea. The server came one last time to get the grill out and what not, again, very serious and with an attitude. We didn’t know what the payment process was so after venturing out of our room and with a bit of fear that the lady was going to come out from somewhere and yell at us for moving, she told us to go to the second floor. There we found a similar cold and mute old lady that didn’t say anything to us, took our payment, and gave us a receipt. I said thank you to her and to our server every time she brought us something but didn’t get any acknowledgment. Ugh. Food was great, but with this poor service and vibe, I rather go somewhere else...

Read moreFor reference, I speak mainly English. We called in and were able to make a reservation for the the same evening. We were seated in the covered patio area. It was a lovely setting. The tenderloin was the star of the show! I wouldn’t recommend the skirt steak. Get all the tenderloin! The banchan was nice as well, with marinated raw shrimp being one of the items. The rice had a depth of flavor that complimented the meat well. They serve coarse salt alongside the meat. You can also ask for some wasabi to add. My daughter got the cold noodles which were also pleasant to the palate. They provided sweet pineapple as a dessert....
