23.03.31 For years on end, vip..That's how often I come here. Other than Daegu, Gangwon Kensington, and Suwon Mangpo, Ashley Queens... Especially in Dongtan Metapolis, it makes me wonder if I should pay for food in such a place like this. Fortunately, Suwon Mangpo is still a fairly satisfactory business. The Metapolis store was a pretty good place in its first year of opening, but it became a place where all kinds of garbage smells were vibrating among the employees who seemed to be walking around, and the hall manager was screaming at customers as if it was anything..This place is fine so far.

It's like strawberries are coming out until spring. Strawberries are also expensive, but they are beneficial for consumers. It was good to care about oyster gratin because it was a holiday, but when I asked the staff because the freshness of the oyster was low, they threw away everything that was made and made new and brought it to me it. This is good, but if there is a problem, I also cook, but from the chef's point of view, oysters that have a strong fishy smell and cannot taste like that did not add lemons when inquiring, but if they taste sour, it is right to dispose of all oysters, which are ingredients, rather than making them again. 몇 년간 계속 vip..그만큼 자주 오는 곳이다. 에슐리퀸즈는 대구점, 강원 켄싱턴점, 수원망포점 말고는 별로... 특히 동탄 메타폴리스는 이런곳에서 돈 내고 음식 먹어야하나 라는 생각이 들 정도인데, 다행히 수원망포점은 아직까지는 꽤 만족할 만한 업장이다. 메타폴리스점도 오픈 첫 해에는 꽤 괜찮은 곳이었지만, 좀비들이 걸어다니는듯한 직원들 사이로 온갖 쓰레기 냄새가 진동을 하고, 홀매니져는 지가 뭐라도 되는냥 손님에게 윽박지르는 곳이 되었는데..이곳은 아직까지는 괜찮음. 03. 31

이대로 봄까지 쭉 딸기만 나올듯한 분위기. 딸기도 비싼데 소비자의 입장에선 이득이다. 휴일이라 신경써서 굴그라탕 한 것 까진 좋았으나, 굴 신선도가 떨어져서 직원에게 문의하니 만들어진 것 싹 다 버리고 새로 만들어서 가져다 준다. 여기까진 좋으나 하나 문제가 있다면, 나도 요리를 하지만 요리사의 입장에서는 비린내가 심하고 그런 맛이 날 리가 없는 굴이, 문의하였을때 레몬류를 첨가한 것도 아니라 하였는데 신 맛이 난다고 하면 다시 만들게 아니라 식재료인 굴을 전량 폐기해야 함이 옳다. 요즘 노로바이러스가 극성이라 애들이나 장이 안좋은 이들은 위험하기 때문에 문의를 한 것이었는데...직원 입장에서는 식재료에 문제가 있을것이라 생각은 안했을터..문제가 있다고 하여도 인정을 못하는 특성이 있다는 것을 이해는 한다. 전 지점 검수를 해야하는 문제이니 이랜드 계열에서는 생각만 해도 아찔한 상황일테다. 앞으로도 이용할 터인데 기업 본사에서는 식재료 수급에 신선도를 좀 더 신경써...
