Disappointed. As a New Yorker, it was exciting to come across a bagel shop. Not even a shop, a museum as they call it. This is not a bagel. It was not crispy on the outside. Just a continuation of the soft breads that are Korean breads. It was also cold. No bagel is ever sold cold in New York. It was a lot of waiting. But we applaud the staff because they kept the madness organized and moving forward to the best of their ability.
Customers: please know what you want before getting in line. Your indecisiveness holds up the line and makes everyone wait even longer.
