매콤이&순진이 수제비칼국수 — Restaurant in Yangsan-si

This is certainly one of the best places. I think the food in this restaurant is cheap and the quality of the food is good. And the soup is very light and the pieces of dough are chewy. The menus are Spicy Sujebi and Sunjin Sujebi. Spicy sujebi contains "sancho," so those who dislike "sancho" should eat pure sujebi. (There are many other menus besides sujebi, but I thought sujebi was the best, so I only introduced sujebi.) But the food comes out late because there are so many people and it is noisy and crowded. Except for these shortcomings, it's a really good restaurant. And even though there is a parking lot at the front gate of the store, the parking space is not very large, which can be inconvenient for customers who come by car. 주문메뉴는 매콤이 칼국수로 진한 산초향과 매콤한 국물 맛이 좋았다 비유하자면 매운탕 같은 느낌인데 필요시 공기밥(1000원)을 추가하여 말아먹어도됨 다만 매콤이는 아까 언급했듯 산초가 들어가기 때문에 만약 본인이 먹지 못한다면 순한...

사람이 많은 맛집이다. 하지만 조리가 1인분단위가 아닌 3~4인분 조리 후 분배방식이라 나는 15분가량 기다리며 조금 많이 기다렸다...

맛은 전체적으로 조금 아쉬운 점이 산초, 방아가 들어간것이 매콤이 인데 베이스로 맛을 내는게 고추장이 너무 위주라 조금 단조로워 뭘 더넣고 해야할지는 모르겠으나 아쉬웠다.

이와 유사한 컨셉으로 기장에 유명한 칼국수집이 있는데 음..기장이 조금은 더 맛있는듯하다.
