간만에 만점 국밥이다 마 국밥에 우동들어간거 무봤나

1 그렇다 믿기지 않겠지만 국밥에 우동이 들어가있다 비유얼만 보면 대단히 실망스러울수 있는데, 뭔가 도전해보고싶은 그런 섬띵이 있어서

2 점심시간이 지난 직후에 들어갔는데 뭔가 엄청난게 휩쓸고 지나간 그런 공기였다 막 분주한게 마무리되었고, 주방아주머니들이 점심을 먹기 시작한 그 타이밍

3 시그니쳐 메뉴인 얼큰우동국밥을 주문했다 테이블들을 슥 훑어봤는데 타지인은 나 혼자 인것 같았다 다들 하정우처럼 열심히 입에 국밥을 넣고 있었다 뭔가 기대가 된다 스읍

4 실제로 보니 비쥬얼이 꽤 좋았고 놀랍게도 맛은 그 이상이었다 아주 의외로 우동 면의 익힘이 좋았고, 육수의 조화도 훌륭했다 수북히 올라간 김과 다데기 그리고 수육과 우동의 하모니는 어떤 국밥과 견주어도 될만했다

5 호불호가 있다고 하는데 내 취향으로는 손에 꼽을수 있다 잡내 없고 깔끔한데 감칠맛까지 좋기는 어렵다 이놈 저놈 세트라고 있는데 술과 함께 하면 참 맛이 좋겠다

여기는 양산의 보물이다 그리고 국밥충들에게 강력하게...
