LA TERCENA — Restaurant in Águilas

Ordered croquettas , 2 each of both varieties (2.20 EACH ) . Cut both in half and 2 were warm ish , the other two COLD in the middle . Took them back and the waiter touched them with his fingers !! and agreed they were cold . I foolishly thought we’d get fresh ones …. Oh no ….they were returned , virtually cremated and looked disgusting . Tasted burnt , but boiling hot this time . Couldn’t believe my eyes bearing in mind he’d poked them with his fingers !! Such establishment shouldn't exist, there's many gastro bars, pastry shop and bar way to close to each other. Instead, should have been a souvenir shop that can help the church and the red cross for helping the poor. Nope, another place that offer the same things few blocks down the street. Update: please don't order the mini burgers, the buns are hard and the meat is like eating a week old pork meat. Decidimos cenar en La Tercena (Menú de San Valentín)para nuestra sorpresa al llegar al local estaba cerrado, por lo que llamamos y es en ese momento, cuando nos comunican que la cena no será en ese establecimiento, si no en El Arrecife, nos retrasan la cena media hora (pero no importa, se puede entender que es un día con más clientes). Hicimos la reserva a Menú, para comenzar nos sacan la ensalada Cesar, y los gambones, al cabo de 20 minutos viendo que ningun plato llegaba le sugiero a los camareros (que por cierto todos muy amables, aunque entre ellos había una mujer que hablaba en un tono desagradable al resto de compañeros), la falta de todos los demás entrantes, como eran las croquetas y patatas bravas al estilo "Arola" (las cuales se habían agotado, en su defecto "intentaron" conformarnos con patatas "cocidas" y muy bien presentadas, pero crudas, muy crudas) para solucionarlo nos sirven 2 zamburiñas (muy ricas) a continuación nos traen el canelon (que estaba bueno aunque su salsa un poco requemada),al llegar el turno del último plato (Costillar) tampoco les quedaba y nos sirven, presa de nuevo bastante churruscada... No obstante a la hora del postre tampoco les quedaba brownie, por lo que nos ofrecen cremoso de chocolate... en fin, una mala gestión conlleva sucesos como este, realmente si no puedes servir a tal cantidad de gente, o no tienes provisiones suficientes, sería mejor no ofrecerlo. Espero que no os toméis esta reseña de manera ofensiva, pero si que sirva para controlar la gestión y...
