The lady working in the bakery was friendly and helpful and the toasted croissants were nice. The prices were also reasonable.
Sadly that is the extent of the positives of this place.
The whole place felt dirty and the cafe area overlooked a dingy bar with an old arcade machine and rows of alcoholic drinks - gross!
My cappuccino was horrible I couldn't drink it and sent it back but they still charged me for it!
We chose a seat by the window but the table was small. When our food came the waiter tried to move us to a different table and he started moving my bag without my permission! When I told him no he got annoyed and walked off. It was the same guy who insisted on charging for the undrinkable coffee, saying it wasn't his problem that I didn't like it.
The tuna sandwiches my kids ordered consisted of a dry white baguette with no butter or mayonnaise with dry tuna inside, again with no mayonnaise.
They also don't know how to serve food properly - my son's not very hot chocolate arrived with a spoon in it while the croissants were placed on top of the cutlery rather than the cutlery being provided separately.
Definitely will not be coming...

The reason the tuna sandwich was bad is because they are known for making "tostadas" (meaning toast). And also I understand why people don't like the waitresses, most are really kind but there is one which isn't the kindest. Another thing you have to keep in mind is that the inside is horrible, sitting outside is better than inside. The inside has really small tables, however the ones outside are big....
Read moreAwful service, awful attitude, awful food! Ordered tuna and mayo baguettes for kids, not the most complicated dish, but I guess remembering 2 ingredients was too difficult for this "cook", as all we got was dry tuna with no mayo in sight.
When politely asked about the cook's blunder, his assistant handed me a bottle of mayo with a smile and says "theres your mayo!"
I guess it was her way of saying the only way to get a decent meal here is too make it myself! So unless you're happy with 1/2 of your meals ingredients being missing unless you go in the kitchen and cook the meal...
