I have to say I think this is the best steak of my entire life. I have had Txuleta in Donostia, I have had Wagyu in Tokyo, I have had USDA prime rib in NYC and Entrecôte Bordelaise in Bordeaux but none as fine as this.

I arrived alone for a table for 1 which the team were gracious enough to squeeze me in for. I had heard and read much about the Rubia Gallega beef and this was an exceptional means of preparing and serving the local beef. 10/10. I was incredibly well advised and looked after....

Amazing dining experience. All staff, including the owner, are super friendly. And for a restaurant, the most important thing is food. Their beef is super delicious. Juicy. They take care of your needs and provide a hot plate for you to customize. The home made cheese cake is another thing you can’t miss. A spectacular local meatery. Excellent range of cuts (beef, pork and lamb), we had the Galician cow steak that was just sublime (800g with the bone). The accompanying wine was another rarity from a local microwinery. Desert options are very good. The tarta de abuela is highly recommended.
