An exceptional culinary experience in the heart of Club de Golf Aucanada! Our visit to this restaurant was simply unforgettable, and I can't help but give it the highest possible rating.

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a warm welcome by the staff, and especially by Ana and Abdel, who became the perfect hosts throughout the evening. Their kindness, professionalism, and personalized attention added a special touch to our lunch.

The menu did not disappoint in the slightest. We started with a fresh and delicious tuna tartare that awakened our senses with every bite. Next, the salad was a perfect combination of fresh ingredients and balanced flavors, leaving us wanting more.

The pasta that followed was a true delight, cooked al dente and accompanied by an exquisite sauce that made us savor every forkful. The beef was tender and juicy, with impeccable presentation that highlighted the quality of the dish.

Booked a table for 15:15 and we arrived 5 minutes early. It is now 15:55 and we still haven't been seen to our table, and technically the kitchen stops serving the menu at 16:00 and all we have been told is that they are "preparing our table" I understand that a restaurant does multiple sittings of a table but I don't appreciate being left sitting hungry and mostly ignored at the bar for over 40 minutes with no real sign of apology. Don't take q booking if you can't ensure that you can fulfill it and at least offer a round of drinks or something when this kind of situation arises. We are thoroughly let down. I will update the rating if we ever get to try the food and it is any good. Edit: Finally sat at 16h, but they tried to squeeze 11 of us into one round table designed for 8. We refused to sit banging elbows so we have ended up having to sit at two different tables side by side, which has broken up the birthday celebration and dampened the mood. Meanwhile, there is an empty rectangular table not 5 metres from us that could easily sit up to 16. Still not impressed. Final edit: During the meal they messed up a couple of orders and brought the wrong risotto (fish instead of chicken and mushroom) and getting a bottle of water on the table was like pulling teeth. Unfortunately, the restaurant lost our reserved we made the day before by phone. We already had the uncertainty when we made the reservation. The call was made to the Golf club itself which spoke English and German perfectly. They forwarded us to the restaurant for the reservation. The first person receiving the call directly responded with „uno momento“ and got another person who was speaking English better. Nevertheless, the call was finished with a feeling of uncertainty that we actually got the reservation finally confirmed.

Finally, on the day of the reservation, we were told that there was no reservation made on our friend's name. We were still seated which was great since it looked quite busy.

Being seated, the waiter took about 40 min until asking us what we would like to drink while instead running at other tables and serving them with no hesitation. We felt ignored. While we were at the edge of just leaving, finally someone came to us and took our orders. Once ordered, it took much less time until getting the drinks and also receiving the starters. The starters (Iberico filled cannelloni) tasted fine but parts of the food was not warm and it felt like microwaved food honestly. When the waiter took the plates of the starters, we let them know.
