Asador Entre Fuegos — Restaurant in Algarrobo

Looks like a lovely restaurant....However my friends and I ordered 2x steak well done and 1 chicken kebab. The steak was rare when arrived and had to be sent back. My kebab looked nice , however did not taste right. We were in a corner which was quite dark and could not see the good properly in the light. I ate some more and then took my plate to the light . The inside of the chicken was raw. I told the waiter that the chicken was raw and I had eaten some of it. No response apart from a shrug of the shoulders. No customer service whatsoever. Perhaps coincidence or not.... 24 hours later was violently ill with what I supposed was food poisoning. after 3 days agony I had to go to hospital where I was put on a parecetemol drip and given medication to ease the pain and infection. I would never ever go back to or recommend this...

We ordered breaded chicken breast and a calzone, with no onions. Received, chicken with peppers skewers and calzone. Chicken skewers were totally raw and Calzone was absolutely FULL of onions - once all removed, calzone and base was very tasty - pile of onions showed to waiter who joked saying that I thought Id said no mushrooms. Raw chicken was flagged, plate was taken microwaved and sent back. No apology. Front of house staff were extremely difficult to raise attention too so, the whole thing...

Fuimos a probar pero....No llegamos a probar nada y menos mal que no lo hicimos... Llegamos a cenar pedimos la bebida nos la sirven, pedimos la comida y recién pedida la comida uno de los comensales de la mesa comenta "no sera verdad lo que he visto" a lo que contesto el que? Y me dice mueve el servilletero... a lo cual lo hago y cual es mi sorpresa me encuentro HUEVOS DE CUCARACHA DEBAJO DEL SERVILLETERO, PERO ES MAS AL MOVERLO, DEL SERVILLETERO SALE UNA CUCARACHA Y SE VUELVE A METER DENTRO, aviso al camarero y digo que anulen el pedido automaticamente por que acabábamos de ver lo anteriormente descrito, a lo que ellos ni se inmutan, lo que me da que pensar.... que no es la primera vez que les pasa estan acostumbrados. El camarero se va sin decir ni mu, nos levantamos de la mesa y buscamos a otro camarero para preguntar si se debía algo de las bebidas que nos habian servido a lo que nos responde educadamente que no. En ningun momento nos piden disculpas algo que deja aun mucho mas que desear de este lugar. Se puede entender que en cualquier lugar puede entrar un "bichito de estos" pero cuando de un servilletero lo que sale es una pequeña y ademas te encuentras huevos...la limpieza y la fumigacion brillan por su ausencia. Espero que esta reseña llegue a los responsables de este establecimiento y pongan medidas. Aunque mis acompañantes y yo no volveremos a pisar este...
