Be aware that this restaurant only takes cash, no signs or indication on the menus to alert to this. I mention this first as it could easily catch people out.

Very relaxed owners, slow service for drinks and food - the food taking time isn't a problem but we only had the opportunity to order one round of drinks despite the food taking over 45 minutes to arrive. This was because the staff / owners sat down on their own table as a family and ate their own meal and watched TV. Very odd atmosphere... like sitting in their living area as a tolerated guest, but any service request would interrupt them Food is also more expensive than nearby restaurants (although certainly not better quality), with a limited menu. Didn't hate it, but there are far better choices...

"We stumbled upon this hidden gem at the end of our holiday, and it fab! Food takes longer but everything cooked fresh. The food was amazing – ribs literally melted in our mouths. wld also reccommend the cordon bleu and the pizzas. The owner was an absolute sweetheart, taking the time to sit down and chat with us after our meal. The atmosphere was great, and everyone felt welcome. Spent a couple of days in the area in the Motorhome the owners made us more than welcome had drinks on the first night very good service at a good price (the best Irish Coffee),on the second evening we had food and drinks, trythe Golash it was excellent ,the Spare Ribs just melted in your mouth ,the bar isn't anything fancy but the customers are friendly the music is good and the owners are lovely, will definitely return when we are nexted on our travels, thanks Maria you are a star,the old man isn't bad either, xx...
