After an exhausting day in the sun I started feeling nauseous and dizzy and went to their restaurant to get some bites and water. However, I got very sick as soon as I sat down, as my dehydration was really severe. From this point I wasn't able to move anywhere and there was no other shelter I could have found. As soon as the staff ladies noticed my condition, they did everything they could to help me—setting the nearest fan towards me, bringing me cold compresses, checking in with me and my fiancé to see how else they could help, and allowing us to stay there until I could move again. Not only that, but they arranged for me to be driven to the island's first aid facility and they made sure we can get a seat on the soonest boat back to land. They even comped our meal and refused to accept any material gratitude. Besides that, the lovely lady who seemed to be in charge sent us off with her pocket fan, so that my fiancé could keep me ventilated in case I started to overheat again by the time we got back to safety.

A 5 star rating is not enough to thank these people for the help, care, and compassion they showed me when I was in a critical health state. However I must try and say: Thank you, a...

Bad experience overall. Eager to get you in, but once seated you're nothing to them anymore. All attention is put into getting more people in, not taking care of customers.

We ordered 3 spaghettis and 1 half chicken. Chicken arrived cold, one spaghetti(mine) arrived ice cold, one barely warm and one piping hot.

The time it took before I could get the attention of a waiter was 10min. Then he first did something else then forgot I told him our meals were cold. 10min later I carried my own plate back to the kitchen and instead of solving the problem it was more important to find out which waiter made a mistake and to blame him for it. After 10min it came back and looked like it was simply microwaved and it was only mildly warm.

When finished it took a very long time to get their attention to ask for the bill. Then it took another 10min to get the bill.

We needed to get 1,5€ back and it seemed like they tried to take as much time for it as possible to see us leave so they didn't have to return the money. But we weren't gonna leave a tip for a bad service. After 15min they returned with our 1,5€.

They will never see us again there.

*Edit: we went on the...

I went today with my children, cousin and auntie. This place was absolutely tragic from the moment we went in. They state they have a kids menu online but they do not. We paid £18 per burger for the children. They came in, cold. They had only 7 thin fries on one portion and 12 on the other.

We paid for Chicken Paella for 2 so €30 (€15 euros per person). When it come out. It was hardly enough for one, the rest was burned to the bottom of the pan. We asked for a chicken burger, this was confirmed but it never came out as a burger but nuggets. We asked for a Mojito and a Coke Zero, they gave us 2 Coke Zeros. They forget to make us the Mojito and because they took over 45 minutes, we didn't bother complaining. Each time we complained, they ignored us and started to honour the new customers. The bill came to €82. We didn't want to tip, it was terrible service. Yet they did not come over with any change. We only went into this venue due to it being one of the first when we departed the boat. Please go into the town and eat something more authentic, better quality and...

The restaurant offers plenty of seafood choices together with a delightful beachfront view. However, it does lean toward the pricier side (which is to be expected on an island like this)… Despite the damage it did to our bank account, the starters were quite enjoyable. Regrettably, the main course ended up being a bit of a misunderstanding on our end. We thought we were ordering a seafood soup, but it turned out to be a substantial bowl of pasta with scattered seafood pieces - a dish that may appeal to pasta enthusiasts, unlike myself 🫠 All in all, the experience wasn't unpleasant. A highlight was the waitress who served us with a smile, even amidst a bustling crowd and despite our less-than-fluent communication skills in Spanish ❤️ Gracias.
