Had same experience as Karima. Charged extra for sole than from menu price. We were shown a sole by the waiter (no choice just one). Turns out it was much bigger than the weight specified on the menu but we were not advised of this til we got the bill. Manager did not understand why I was querying and seemed to think I should have an idea of how much the fish they showed me weighed ! I naively thought they were showing me the fish for freshness not to ‘guess’ its weight! I tried explaining to him that the issue wasn’t necessarily that they were changing me extra but that they’d not explained the weight or cost upfront but he seemed to miss the point. So am mentioning here in the hope he gets the message for future customers as he will continue to get poor reviews and no repeat business otherwise. We were so impressed by dinner in this restaurant that we returned for another meal the next evening. The tropical salad is amazing, huge portion and so many fruits! The fish is fresh and cooked to perfection. Over the 2 evenings we dined there, we enjoyed the grilled sea bass, sea bass prepared in salt, tuna tataki and the sole with almond sauce. The accompanying sauces are full of flavour. Large choice of desserts. The mango mousse was very light and the creme brûlée delicious. The service was excellent, the staff attentive and courteous. I am very dissappointed! I like this restaurant very much, because the food and the service is excellent. I also recommend it to my guests. When I paid by card this time, the waiter explained me that the procedure was not successful and came with a different card reader. Coming home to Germany I recognized that the amount was booked twice - this can happen - no problem. BUT: Unfortunately my Spanish is not good enough to give a phone call, so I wrote at least 10 eMails and used the website form for contacting ... no reply...
