Worst meal we had in 3 weeks traveling through Spain. The arrogant and mediocre service set a terrible tone.

They took our drink order immediately and then just left us sitting there without menus...I caught the waiters eye who had taken our drink order and asked for la carta with a smile. He responded ONE MINUTE and walked away. The menus were within arms reach of him...lol.

We then realized we were not at the well reviewed restaurant we had thought we were at and started looking at the reviews with worry. The view was beautiful and we already had drinks so we stayed.

Ordered the seafood paella from a different and even more arrogant waiter, he asked whether we wanted bread with aoli. I asked whether there was a charge and he shrugged and said "check the menu, I don't remember". Wow. I was pretty speechless at this point.

The paella arrived and it was so salty it was nearly inedible. We asked for a spoon to serve with as it was placed in the middle of the table and the waiter looked at us and said loudly to his colleague "muy complicada". We are young professionals who have traveled and eaten out extensively and are not demanding or particularly picky...never have I been treated like this.

The food was trash. The service was trash. The view was great but I wish we had gotten empanadas from the little mercado around the corner and just eaten on the beach.

Thanks for ruining our last lunch in Spain, guys. Avoid this tourist trap...

The view is stunning from the restaurant, but awful experience averall. I arrived by myself and they wanted to seat me at the worst possible table, even though they were really not bus I asked if I could sit at another table, and after a few grims they let me sit somewhere else. I ordered the sole, which was ok (nothing exciting), and about halfway through the meal I found a black hair cooked into the fish. I called the waiter and tried to discreetly tell him about the issue, who was trying to be helpful and ran to get someone. After about 7-8 minutes a manager (?) came along smiling and said: Well, you found a blonde hair in the food, and as you can see none of us are blonde. I was furious and told him that the hair was in fact black (I have brown hair with highlights). He kindly offered to change my meal. As I was hungry I sticked to the tuna salad, but I should have just left without paying for the meal. It put me off so badly that after a few bites I asked for the bill. They did charge me for everything (except the sole). I used to work in restaurants, with issues like this not that we didn't charge for anything, but even invited to guest back for a free drink / meal. Awful experience, there are so many other restaurants around, I will definitely go somewhere...

The best I can say is inconsistent, both staff and food quality. Some of the staff are very good; attentive and efficient. The location is superb and some food excellent. My first course was Gazpacho - very, very nice. Main course was where it went wrong. I ordered a vegetable stir fry with veal and scampi. My recollection (and that of my wife) was that the waiter repeated the order. What arrived was a mixed seafood platter, cooked in a batter. I (very politely) pointed out that it wasn’t what I had ordered. The reaction from the waiter was to create a huge fuss, in a loud voice insisting time and time again that it was what I had ordered - a fish stir fry. Eventually, the plate was removed and replaced some minutes later - I didn’t mind waiting - with a stir fry. Unfortunately, the quantity of the thick, incredibly sweet sauce overpowered every other flavour, so not a pleasant meal - perhaps a touch of chef’s revenge. Other diners appeared to receive well presented and well cooked meals. Perhaps I was unlucky, but the reaction of the waiter did very great disservice to the restaurant and other staff who appeared to be genuinely embarrassed by...

¿A quien ayudas?

Lovely view looking out over Sant Elm, sitting out the front is a must for an unobstructed view of the harbour. Restaurant doesn't face west so no sunset views. Service was pretty good and attentive. We had the Prawn Salad as an entree and it was delicious and fresh. Our Paella main was a bit underwhelming, meat was dry and over cooked, as was the rice. The Sangria was tasty! Would eat here again but wouldn't get the Paella, the seafood dishes other diner's we're eating looking much nicer.

Located directly at the sea with a view on Sant Elm this lovely restaurant offers food all the day, no Siesta. You can get fresh seafood including lobster and scampi, but also meat dishes. Vegetarian options are rare. Portions are huge, you won't leave hungry :-) Service is very friendly, the food is excellent. I dud not like the sauces, though. Prices are quite high, but it pass off the location and quality. Recommendation.
