We chose this restaurant because it looked busier than others nearby. On arrival, we were warmly greeted by a gentleman with silver hair, he was the highlight of the service. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience was disappointing. We were shown to a table next to a very loud child, but when we asked to move (with plenty of free tables available), it felt awkward, almost like we were being difficult rather than simply wanting a more peaceful spot. It took a long time to place our order. The two young women serving seemed unhappy, never smiled, and gave the impression they didn’t want to be there. The atmosphere felt joyless and unwelcoming. The food itself was fine in taste but nothing memorable, small portions, presented plainly, and not worth the wait. Overall, this isn’t a place I’d return to. Good customer service can make or break a meal out, and apart from the gentleman who greeted us, the service here was poor....

The place was on my way and had a good rating, so I came in. Was a mistake. Unorganized group of waitresses, long time didn't feel unwelcome for any question I addressed to the staff about for example what some meal contain. They had issues with sitting literally any guests coming in, making chaotic the first moments of every arrival. Ridiculous that I had to ask for a damn fork twice when for 10 minutes all waitresses are running around me. The hamburger was tasteless, one of the worst I've ever eaten in my life. No question about how I'd like to eat it the meat (how cooked Iike it).

I only give 2 stars because of the tapa I ate and the prices - and because despite this experience, I have hopes. Besides, the place generally seemed clean.

Otherwise, a total unprofessionalism and definitely not the experience people are looking for in Andaluzia /Spain. Mostly the attitude of the waitresses...

Hemos venido un domingo con un cupón de Smarbox. No se si eso ha afectado en nuestra mala experiencia. Al reservar especificamos que íbamos con un niño chico. Al ser el cupón de tapas, al parecer, por defecto, te ponen en una mesa alta a la entrada. Estando yo embarazada y con un niño de 2 años, esto nos afectaba mucho (por eso el especificar a la hora de reservar). Al cabo de un rato el encargado nos montó una mesa pequeña para que nos pudiéramos sentar en una mesa normal. En cuanto a la comida, como era un cupón de tapas, pedimos platos aparte. Pedimos que primero nos pusieran el cupón y mientras, miramos la carta y elegimos algunos platos (unos 15 minutos después) Nos trajeron los platos fuera del cupón y no los otros. Tras reclamar un par de veces, ya que no entendíamos que los otros, pedidos mucho antes, no hubieran salido, empezaron a salir muy poco a poco. Había mesas que se sentaron más tarde que nosotros con los postres cuando aún nos faltaban platos del cupón a nosotros. Por ese lado, aunque los camareros eran amables, el servicio fue desastroso. Respecto a la comida. Pedimos deconstrucción de huevos estrellados (mucha cebolla, mucho pimiento y patatas sosas. La chistorra si estaba buena), croquetas caseras de puchero (que estaban bastante normales. Vienen 10, pero aún así no ponen media ración) mollete de pringada (completamente seco y soso) mollete de tiras de calamar y alioli (si estaba rico). Estos fueron los platos fuera de cupón. En cuanto a los platos de cupón: lacón ibérico con pimentón dulce (venía en tacos marcados a la brasa pero frío... Lo que me hace pensar que se les olvidó y se les enfrió, porque estaban un poco duros...) Torre de piquillos con trocina de añoja (muy bueno de sabor) y Churrasco magro de ternera añoja (tierna y muy buena de sabor) estaban mejor los platos de cupón que los de carta. Los camareros fueron amables (una de ellos incluso me dio colores y papel para el niño) e intentaron ayudar, pero la comida vino en un orden incomprensible y algunos...
