We had the most wonderful meal here at this small and pleasant restaurant. They are nestled in the hills with wonderful views from the patio which offered both shaded and sunny tables. Our server was so pleasant and friendly. The food was delicious! Simple ingredients prepared wonderfully. We ate so quickly that we forgot to take pictures! The tomatoes with olive oil and garlic had just a pinch of salt that made the simple dish magical. We also had the generous cheese plate with 5 types of cheese and a small loaf of still-warm baked bread. Read moreA great location for a late lunch during our driving tour of El Chorro and the nearby reservoirs. We shared a generous and tasty plate of pork steak with vegetables. Don’t expect a string quartet in the corner but do expect farm vehicles and then you will enjoy oodles of Spanish charm.

Read moreWe stopped for a drink on our walk up to the the start of the Caminito del rey. We asked if we could get some takeaway sandwiches which they were happy to prepare. We chose grilled chicken tomato which we could smell the chicken being freshly grilled. We ate them whilst out hiking still warm in foil. About the best chicken sandwich ive ever had!
