El Patio del Coral — Restaurant in Arona

Wir waren schon öfter im El Patio De Coral, ich habe mich wie immer auf den Grillteller gefreut. Leider wurde meine Erwartung nicht erfüllt, zum Grillteller gehört laut Karte ein Hähnchenspieß, es wurde mir aber nur eine trocken gebratene dünne Scheibe Hühnerbrust serviert. Das Chuleta war auch sehr dünn geschnitten. Die Würstchen hätten auch etwas krosser gebraten werden können. Die Pommes Frites waren knusprig frittiert und das Gemüse war knackig und das Rindersteak waren gut gebraten. Auf meine Nachfrage warum es keinen Hühnerspieß wie auf der Karte angegeben gab, wurde gesagt wegen Corona.Naja verstehen tue ich das nicht, es ist doch nicht schwer einen Spieß aus einer Hühnerbrust zu machen, macht halt mehr Arbeit. Dafür das der Grillteller von €12,00 auf €13,00 im Preis angehoben wurde hat sich die Qualität nicht verbessert. Mein Mann hatte das Chuleta mit Pommes Frites, das war saftig gebraten,nur der Salat auf dem Teller war lieblos und trocken angerichtet, es fehlte jegliches Dressing, es wurde gesagt, das wird nicht von jedem Gast gemocht. Nun ja, man kann es auch extra servieren. Wir bestellten wie immer eine Flasche Weißwein, die im Weinkühler kalt serviert wurde, das fand ich angenehm, aber das rechtfertigt nicht die Preissteigerung von €8,50 auf €12,00. Das ist für ein Ambiente das mit Plastikstühlen und Wachstuchtischdecken ohne Kerzen oder jegliche schöne Deko aufwartet, einfach zu übertrieben hoch. Alles in allem, wenn dieser niedrige Standard bei hohen Preisen so bleibt, war das unser letzter Besuch, da gibt es in Costa Del Silencio andere Restaurants die das gleiche Ambiente haben, aber mit den Preisen auf dem Boden der Tatsachen geblieben sind.

Hemos estado en El Patio de Coral varias veces, como siempre, estaba deseando que llegue el plato de la parrilla. Desafortunadamente, mi expectativa no se cumplió, de acuerdo con el menú, la parrilla pertenece al menú Brocheta de pollo, pero solo me sirvieron una rebanada delgada y seca de pechuga de pollo. La chuleta también fue cortada muy delgada. Las salchichas podrían haberse frito un poco más crujientes. Las papas fritas estaban crujientes y las verduras estaban crujientes y el bistec estaba bien frito. Cuando pregunté por qué no había una brocheta de pollo como se indica en el menú, se dijo que debido a Corona, bueno, no entiendo eso, no es difícil hacer una brocheta de pollo, funciona más. Debido a que el precio de la placa de la parrilla aumentó de € 12.00 a € 13.00, la calidad no ha mejorado. Mi marido tenía la chuleta con papas fritas, estaba jugosa frita, solo la ensalada en el plato era sin amor y seca, no había aderezo, se decía que no a todos los invitados les gustaba. Bueno, puedes servirlo extra. Como siempre, pedimos una botella de vino blanco que se sirvió fría en la vinoteca, lo cual me pareció agradable, pero eso no justifica el aumento de precio de € 8.50 a € 12.00. Para un ambiente que viene con sillas de plástico y manteles de hule sin velas ni decoración agradable, demasiado alto. En general, si este bajo nivel sigue siendo así con los altos precios, fue nuestra última visita, hay otros restaurantes en Costa del Silencio que tienen el mismo ambiente, pero han mantenido sus...

Food was decent and big portions. We had mixed fajita and calamari. Both portions were big but not quality enough for us to go back.

Fajitas, could have had more grilled veg with it, but if you like your protein there is plenty. The side salad of coleslaw were good but they shouldnt really season it with dill, just didnt go together.

The calamari was good and flavoursome. The batter wasnt crisp (a good thing) whivh allowed you to taste the calamari. The chips that came with it though was overcooked.

Service was very slow. One man band waiter so cant fault them entirely other than could have done with more staff...

the experience was the same.we have been 3 times.We waited 20 minutes for dessert.because the waiter or the chef bought it at the supermarket next door/and he served it to us right away.
