I didn’t intend to write a review until I saw the review of Julia Miller which I thought didn’t do the restaurant justice. We are peregrinos from New Zealand, and we felt so lucky finding a restaurant that offered food at 5pm when all other restaurants are closed between lunch and dinner. We sat inside and liked the ambience with the stone walls and white table cloths. The staff were friendly and willing to assist us. It helped that we spoke some Spanish. We thought 19€ was good value for a menu. It started off with a free appetiser, followed by an entree - 4 choices -, a main - 4 choices, and a choice of desserts. This was accompanied by bread, wine (we were given a whole bottle). Afterwards we were offered a free liqueur. As you would expect for a menu, the food was good quality homemade food. We appreciated that they allowed us to make a change for a vegan option. Overall a very...

Absolutely the rudest and most disrespectful wait staff I've encountered in Spain. Food was good, the service ruined the experience. We arrived and said we were a party of 6, but we're waiting for the last two. As there was only one large table they said we could take a four top and when they arrived they could get a table next to us. Upon arrival as we were already on mains, they tried to order deserts and were yelled at and told they and to leave as they didn't order enough food to occupy a table. Note the restaurant was half empty, they didn't need that table in the time it would have taken us all to finish our...

Teodora restaurant in Arzúa offers a decent dining experience, with a menu focused on traditional local dishes.

The food is well-prepared and satisfying, though the selection is somewhat limited if you're looking for variety. The ambiance is simple, with a comfortable setting that suits a casual meal. Service is friendly and generally attentive, though it can be a bit slow during busy times.

Prices are reasonable for the area, making it a fair choice for anyone looking to try classic Galician flavors without too many frills. Overall, it’s a solid spot for a straightforward...

Had the 16€ pilgrims menu and stayed the night here while walking the Camino. The menu was amazing. The BEST sopa gallego and merluza. Soup is so good and plentiful and was nice after a rainy cold walk from Melide. The rooms were large and clean, although you couldn't change the room thermostat. It was nice that the restaurant was right downstairs. Breakfast was also really good. Fresh squeezed orange juice, toast, jamon, cheese and pastries. Would recommend this hotel to anyone walking the Camino

Everyone’s raving about the food, so I’ll focus on just the rooms here. We were cycling to Santiago and stayed here for 1 night, with secure overnight storage of our bikes in the garage below the building. The private rooms are small, simple and have everything you can expect from a basic hotel room, including air conditioning. Hot shower, clean toilet, fresh sheets and comfortable, quiet sleep. The high view on the street was a nice extra!
