If the beer menu was up to date and had some information you would at least have a chance of ordering what you wanted, but when the staff don't understand the difference between a rubia and tostada, it's a bit difficult to order. Vergonzoso tratamiento, nos han tratado como clientes de segunda. Nos han puesto la bebida y directamente sin ofrecernos pedir pincho nos ponen un trozo de tortilla de patata, no decimos nada porque pensamos que por cosas del covid 19 con cada consumición te ponen un pincho diferente. Pero llegan otros clientes y les enumeran los pinchos que tienen, acto seguido le pregunto a la camarera que como funciona lo de los pinchos , que porque unos pueden elegir y otros no, ante lo cual se queda sin saber muy bien que decir, finalmente sale como puede con excusas. Un trato como digo vergonzoso, ya sé que Ávila es una ciudad medieval pero jamás pensé que parte de sus gentes también y eso que yo soy abulense y orgullosa estoy de ello. Pero esto es intolerable en pleno siglo XXI. Siempre apoyo a los comerciantes y empresas de todas partes pero en este caso no puedo más que recomendar el NO acudir a este...
