Restaurante Caprichos & Disparates — Restaurant in Ayamonte

I'm from Portugal and came to Spain for a small trip and decided to eat dinner at this restaurant, the menu had a lot of traditional Spanish dishes and we decided to order some, and the food was really good and I'll definitely recommend it to my friends. The only reason that I'm not giving it 5 stars it's because I saw one of the waitress having some flaws with hygiene and attitude which made me a bit uncomfortable and not sure if it was a good idea eating here, but after we got a table and ordered everything looks...

We wasted an hour and a half at this place waiting for food that never arrived. Fortunately we'd paid for our drinks at the bar. This was a Monday lunchtime. Maybe Spaniards get 2 hours plus for lunch? We later saw the poor soul of a waiter who was maybe sent out to find us by his boss? I wonder what his errand was? Was he wanting to force us to pay for what we had ordered but had never had, or was he looking to apologize for the shoddy treatment? Incidentally we found another restaurant and had what we ordered...
