We're every year in Mallorca and we try a lot of different restaurants. While there are plenty really good options, most of them are already highly rated and you expect great service and amazing food. The Son Tomàs, where we have been today, is a bit of a hidden gem. Located on the west coast it offers a perfect view of the sea and the sundown to start with. The beautiful furniture on the first floor (open front) and great service might trick you into overseeing the fabulous food they serve. ⭐️ The “alioli” had sauce-texture and tasted of nothing like a real garlicky alioli...
